At the end of January Chad's house caught fire in what was said to be an electrical issue in his master bathroom. It was a crazy time, and we felt thankful that he was not at home when the fire started and that Hayden was not with him at the time either. It took a while to get going with the insurance company but just 4 short weeks after the fire, the Charlie Coco Construction team got started on his new home. They finished it in just 9 weeks! I think Chad was ready to move out of my Dad's house just as they were ready to see him get into his new place. It is just beautiful...here are some pictures.
